working principle:
Opening process

3.The casting ball valve stem continues to lift and interacts with the guide pin in the spiral groove of the casting ball valve stem to make the ball start to rotate without friction.
4.Until it reaches the full open position, the casting ball valve stem is lifted to the limit position, and the ball rotates to the full open position.
Closing process
1.Close, clockwise rotation of the handwheel, the stem began to fall and make the ball away from the seat began to rotate.
2.Continue to rotate the handwheel, and the casting ball valve stem is acted by the guide pin embedded in the spiral groove, which makes the valve stem and the ball rotate 90 ° at the same time.
3.Close, the ball has no contact with the seat in the case of rotation of 90 degrees.
4.In the last few turns of the hand wheel, the angular plane at the bottom of the casting ball valve stem is mechanically wedged to compress the ball, so that casting ball valve is tightly pressed on the valve seat to achieve complete sealing.
